SweetPea HummingBirdCage Tattoo design

This is a custom tattoo design for a friend. Damn the shading and colors really got glubbed up in the scanning process.

This one was difficult. like really hard. i havent worked as hard on a piece since my time in Ai. i had to study humming birds, bird cages, sweetpea flowers (which were the hardest since there no good sweetpea flower references out there). on top of that i had to make sure this piece would work for the specific area of her body without compromising the design. its alotta work yo. the banner was new for me too. i've done calligraphy before and banners and stuff, but never like this. I like how it all came out. We'll see if she ever gets it done. if she does i'll post it here in my gallery. but it'll be at least two visits and probably alotta money, so dont hold your breath.
